Cast Clinical Services is a counselling and assessment practice serving Ontario, virtually and in person. This page is about the website only. It is not about your clinical records, which are handled under Lynne's professional obligations as a registered practitioner and are kept separately from anything here.
Only what you type into the contact form. Nothing is gathered in the background, and there is nothing to fill in unless you choose to get in touch.
The form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, which service you are asking about, and your message. Depending on which page you come from it may also ask whether you would like virtual or in person sessions, what brings you here, what you are looking for, and the type of assessment you need.
Please don't send detailed personal health information through this form. It is a way to get in touch and arrange a first conversation, not a secure clinical channel.
It is used to answer you and to arrange an appointment. That is all. It is never sold, rented, traded, or passed to anyone for marketing.
Your message is saved on this website's server in a folder that cannot be reached from the web, and a copy is emailed to Lynne so it can be answered. The website is hosted by Hostinger, who therefore store it on our behalf. Lynne's email is a Proton Mail account.
This page loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google can see your IP address. Nothing about you is sent to them by us, and nothing comes back. There is no advertising, no embedded map, and no social media tracking anywhere on this site.
We count how many people open the site, so we know whether it is doing its job. This uses no cookies and does not follow you anywhere. So the same person is not counted twice in one day, your IP address and browser type are scrambled into a short code that cannot be turned back into either. Nothing identifying is stored, and nothing is shared.
This site sets no cookies for advertising or tracking. The only thing kept in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme, which stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Enquiries sent through this form are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as it takes to answer you properly. Ask us to delete yours and we will. If you go on to become a client, your clinical records are a separate thing, kept for the period required of a registered practitioner.

This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them through it.
If any of this changes, the date below changes with it.
