Tell Us a Little About Yourself

What to Expect

We are committed to helping you access care as quickly as possible. Wait times depend on session type and current availability. Here's what you can generally expect.

πŸ’» Virtual Counselling

Shorter wait

Virtual sessions (by video or telephone) typically have a shorter waitlist. If flexibility is important to you, virtual is often the fastest path to getting started.

🌳 In-Person Counselling

Longer wait

In-person sessions in Ontario are available but have a longer waitlist due to limited scheduling windows. We recommend joining the waitlist early and considering virtual as a bridge.

πŸ”„ Hybrid Counselling

In-person & virtual

A mix of in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling that works around your life and lets you choose what suits you best.

While You Wait

We understand that waiting is hard. While you're on the waitlist, consider exploring our Digital Workshops & Programs, self-paced online tools that can offer support and skill-building between now and your first session.

If your need is urgent, please call us directly at (705) 262-5978 so we can discuss the best next steps for you.

Digital Workshops & Programs

In addition to one-on-one counselling, Cast Clinical Services offers digital workshops and online programs designed to support healing in a flexible, self-paced format.

These programs are ideal for individuals on the waitlist, those who prefer a less intensive entry point, or anyone looking to build skills alongside their existing counselling sessions.

Topics may include trauma processing and recovery, stress and anxiety management, addiction and relapse prevention, grief and loss, and mindfulness-based wellbeing.
